Managing Broker

Authentic Realty is a growing. We're seeking a Managing Broker to recruit, hire, build, and manage real estate agents. This position requires a great deal of independence. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, has exceptional management skills, experience growing a successful real estate team, and vast knowledge of real estate brokerage policies, procedures, and law.

General Job Description:

  • Recruit and hire a team of high-performing real estate agents.
  • Train all hired agents on policy and procedures, successful real estate transactions, contracts, and real estate law.
  • Manage and assist the team with writing contracts, advertising, brokering a deal, questions, and all other activities of a real estate agent.
  • Hire supporting staff as-needed.
  • Manage payment of commissions to all agents.
  • Manage the progress and performance of each agent and assist with fueling their growth.
  • Assist Broker with tailoring processes and procedures to the growing team.
  • Assist Broker with answering questions and resolving all issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all agents are in compliance with licensing law.
  • All other duties required to grow a team of high-performing real estate agents and create a thriving real estate brokerage.

Must have a GA Real Estate Broker or Associate Broker License.

Inside Sales Agent

Authentic Realty is looking for an independent and self-motivated, top performing Inside Sales Agent (“ISA”) who can prospect for new clients. The position involves sales and is most suited for an individual who has a persistent, but not pushy, “go get ‘em” sales attitude. Must be a people person who can identify the needs of a prospect and convert them into a client by knowing how to reasonably meet those needs. If you do not have experience in sales and are easily rattled by rejection, then this job may not be for you.

General Job Description:

  • Prospect for new clients daily from various lead sources
  • Follow up on prospects regularly
  • Determine the wants/needs of prospects and how it can be met
  • Schedule buying/listing appointments for Broker
  • Build and maintain a leads database
  • Answer inbound calls, questions, concerns from leads
  • Assist in marketing plan to generate new leads


  • Must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia
  • Must have (1) year experience in telemarketing and sales
  • Must be passionate about selling

This is a work from home position. The new ISA is ideally organized, able to manage time wisely, set and reach goals, and be tech savvy in order to get the job done. A POSITIVE ATTITUDE is non-negotiable!

Authentic Realty is seeking a few independent and self-motivated, top performing Sales Associates to join the team. If you’re a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent looking for a supportive Broker who can mentor and train you one-on-one, then you’ve come to the right place. Authentic Realty, LLC is expanding and would like to hire strong associates who are business oriented yet have the knack to treat clients like family.

All associates can work from home yet still have full access to Broker support when needed. Work part-time or full-time. You will be your own boss, in control of your own schedule.

The company offers a fair commission split with no additional desk, franchise, or junk fees; or an alternative monthly fee. Seasoned and newly licensed agents are welcome.
